Non-working fuel gauges are common on Sprites that come through our shop. We fix a lot of sender issues, but often the gauges are missing, or mis-matched to the fuel tank sender.

Here’s a great solution… our new programmable fuel gauge will work with any vintage sender.

Be sure to program the fuel gauge to work with the sender in your car. Instructions are included so you can program the gauge to match your sender. To adjust the programming, you use the black trigger cable included with each gauge. Once done, you’ll have a nice looking and working fuel gauge. These are styled to match our replacement speedos and tachometers, or use them with your other originals. This gauge looks good in any Spridget.

Restorer’s tip: If your gauge and sender are out of the car, it’s always smart to test the two together, before you put the sender back in as it is difficult to access later.
