Description
One of the most basic elements on a Bugeye that we see done incorrectly quite frequently is properly fastening the battery so it cannot move. If the battery jostles while driving, it can make contact with other components, short and ultimately catch fire. This battery hold down is a very economic and easy piece of insurance to to install on your car.
Although this is not the factory correct piece for an Austin Healey Sprite, we opt to use this hold down rather than the factory one because this one is stronger than the original.
INSTALLATION HARDWARE NOT INCLUDED. We also offer a battery hold down kit which includes the j-hooks and hardware to install it.
