Cartridge-Style Oil Filter Housing O-Ring

Description

This o-ring is designed to replace the seal between the housing body and the canister on your original Bugeye oil filter housing that takes cartridge-style oil filters.

There were two brands of housing used, Purolator and Tecalemit. You MUST know which housing you have because the o-rings are different and cannot be interchanged!

NOTE: Be sure to remove the old o-ring in the housing before installing your new one, as stacking o-rings will result in a substantial oil leak.
