Each meal is slow cooked in small batches using all natural ingredients – the type you’d find in your kitchen cupboard at home. They contain no artificial colours, additives, flavourings or preservatives and no palm oil, using only salt for flavour. The meals are dehydrated (not freeze-dried) after cooking to make sure the ingredients all combine to delicious perfection.

Each pouch in the regular size weighs between 105g and 135g (depending on the meal) and rehydrates in 10-15 minutes. All you need to do is boil up some water (between 280ml and 400ml depending on the meal) and wait. There’s nothing worse than having to spend time cooking when your hanger (hungry anger) levels are rising at the end of a big day!

The Firepot Eco Packaging meal pouches are made from bio-based materials (including sugar cane) and are fully compostable, breaking down within a year without harming the environment. This does mean you need to rehydrate them in your pan instead but at least you don’t have to worry about putting plastic in landfill.

There are 10 meal different meal options including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free. Each meal has a shelf life of 1 year.
