Great all-around cutter for removing thermoplastic, epoxy, or thick paint coatings. These cutters are the ideal choice for removing markings without leaving grooves. A rotary scarifier floats these cutters on the surface, enabling them to chip and scratch the coating off without damaging the underlying substrate.
