Original replacement valve guides would be steel, which is more commonly used for street use rebuilds. However, we also offer a manganese bronze option, if desired, which is more common for a racing application. Be sure to select the metal composition you want above.
Don’t forget the following while you’re re-doing your head: valve spring set, a new cam, or followers.
