Jacking Point and Outer Cross Member Section for Bugeye Through MG 1500 Models

If you are rebuilding your floor pans and spring boxes, you might also need this part.

This is the cross member that goes under your knees when you sit in a Sprite mark 1 and 2. The part is 1/2 the width of the car, so you need two to do the entire car. Each piece has the jack point as shown on the outside and the gusset shown on the inside is the transmission mount. Each piece runs from the inner rocker panel to the center of the transmission tunnel. If you just need the jack points, you will need to purchase two and cut them to length. Number 9 in the diagram pictured.
