Spice up the front end of your vintage RC10 racer with this carbon fiber front shock tower. This shock tower is for use with the RC10T truck front bulkhead and long arms. As such, it is not compatible with the original wide nose plate.
This is a refined version of the hand cut shock tower I used on my personal RC10 Team Car in the 2022 Vintage Offroad Nationals, finishing second in the B-main. I used 0.89″ shock bodies with 0.71″ shafts. This combination gave me a good amount of travel and droop while providing plenty of room for adjustment.
My 2022 VONATs car is shown in the second photo for reference, with my hand dremeled prototype shock tower. Production shock towers are CNC milled from beautiful glossy 3mm carbon fiber, with a plain weave that closely resembles Team Associated graphite parts from the late 80’s and early 90’s.
Shocks install using stock hardware, or spice up your ride even further with some of our anodized aluminum locknuts available HERE.
