Description
This is the head we use for all of our big boost, billet block LS engines with no water. The 12-4 All Pro solid casting features reinforced exhaust flange, Borowski custom CNC port and chamber design, custom Ferrea titanium intake & exhaust valves.The spring kit features Manley NexTek valve springs (800 lbs./in. rate; 1.130 in. coil bind height), Manley machined 10 degree bead locks and Manley titanium retainers. The heads are amazingly strong and here’s why:
– 100% virgin Alcoa aluminum ingot with no remelt
– Heads have been HIP treated (hot isostatic pressing) for greater strength and dimensional stability
– Up to 1 inch deck thickness, 0.75 inch minimum
– Enhanced six-bolt design
These All Pro LS7 cylinder heads come with shaft mount rocker provisions. Our custom CNC work brings them to their maximum performance. Being cast heads, these qualify for a 50 lb weight reduction in several race classes.
